About Us
Julie is a trusted strategic advisor to companies and investors on strategic alternatives, capital structure, capital raising, capital markets, and debt financing. She has executed over $50 billion of transactions across M&A, IPOs, and debt and equity financings. Her extensive global experience spans across industries, with a particular focus on the intersection of energy, technology and infrastructure.
Julie brings clients deep corporate finance and capital markets expertise, cross-border execution experience, and an extensive network of relationships with companies, VCs, institutional investors, banks, family offices and other financial partners.
She established the Climate Technology Investment Banking team at Truist Securities, a leading advisory partner to the sector, and she held senior corporate finance advisory roles at HSBC, Barclays and Lehman Brothers. Julie holds an MBA from London Business School and a BA in Economics (Honors) from Wellesley College.
